Volunteer Time Off

All regular, benefit-eligible employees at Chaney Enterprises are granted 8 hours of paid time off for volunteering each year! Volunteer time off (VTO) is granted in addition to an employee’s regular paid time off (PTO).

Employees may volunteer during regularly scheduled work hours for any registered 501c3 organization found on Guidestar.org. VTO can be requested through Paycom, just like regular PTO.
